Shipping and Return Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
We process and ship all orders the next business day. All orders have a track and trace code which we provide to the customer by e-mail. All orders are insured against loss or damage until they are delivered.

SHIPPING COSTS
All orders with shipping address in Belgium or the Netherlands are free from shipping costs. The standard shipping costs for the rest of Europe are €12,00. The shipping costs for the rest of the world are €32,00.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or custom duties imposed by the destination country. All orders subject to these charges and taxes is the customer's responsibility and will not be covered by Frida Simone.

RETURN POLICY
Not satisfied with your bought item? Please let us know by e-mail (info@fridasimone.com) within 7 days after receiving your order. Please include the order number and the reason for the return of the item. Frida Simone reserves the right to refuse any return based on an unjustifiable reason.
