Vintage Couture piece made by Chris

Black blouse with big paillette collar. Button closure to about half of the blouse. Zipper detail in the sleeves. Very good condition. Made of synthetic fabric. Fits best for small to medium.

These pieces have all been handmade by Chris. Having worked for a couture store, Chris was trained the old-school way and always worked made-to-measure. She explained that she looked at the Paris fashion, cut out the styles she liked out of magazines and made her own versions of it. She mostly sew them in the evening in her atelier at home. A jacket could take up to a week to make.
